Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 June 2026
These are working terms for an early-stage product. Review them with a qualified lawyer before relying on them commercially — in particular the refund, license and liability sections.
1. Who we are
launchd.live is operated by Dario Fanciullo, a sole trader based in Italy (“launchd”, “we”). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
2. The service
launchd is a marketplace of pre-validated startup dossiers. Each dossier is a digital product containing a product requirements document, architecture, user stories, a risk register and out-of-scope notes. An optional hosted tier additionally includes a built MVP, managed deployment and a repository transfer.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Purchases and payment
- Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and processed by Stripe.
- Dossier (Tier 1) is a one-time purchase. After payment, the code and files are generated, delivered to your account, and the repository is transferred to your GitHub. Delivery is not instant.
- Hosted MVP (Tier 2) is a recurring subscription covering the build and managed hosting; it is billed periodically until cancelled.
- Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
5. License and intellectual property
The dossiers and underlying materials are our intellectual property. On purchase you receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased dossier to build and operate your own product. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the dossier itself. For the Dossier tier, ownership of the generated application code transfers to you when the repository is transferred to your GitHub.
6. Refunds
Because dossiers are digital products generated and delivered to you after payment, you expressly request that generation begin immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once generation has started. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
7. No guarantee of outcomes
A validated idea is not a promise of commercial success. We provide the dossiers and builds “as is”, without warranty that any idea will be profitable, viable or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access content you have not purchased, or interfere with the platform’s operation or security.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Italy have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
